“Heartfelt thanks to Linda and team from Alliance Sports clinic for making my road to recovery (pre/ post- op) a less painful one. They helped me ease into my intensive training program with the Women’s Volleyball team smoothly, making 2015 SEA Games a dream come true. Meticulous, professional and loving is what the team is made of. Wouldn’t have recovered in time if not for these guys- god sent indeed.”

Sports massage is an important aspect of recovery from fatigue due to intense bouts of games or training. It relaxes the knots and tightness in the muscle and fascia.
Elite athletes recognise its importance and undergo sports massage at least once a week to help them recover faster from fatigue. Under the skilful hand of experienced masseuses, the athlete feels refreshed and re-energised.
Our sports masseuses are under the tutelage of chief trainer David and have numerous years under their belts working on our national athletes.
"When I met the first time Linda and David in June, I was seriously doubtful about the possibility of a quick and complete recovery from my injury. A couple of days before I went to Alliance Sports, I had torn my calf muscles playing football. I couldn't sleep during the night and was only able to move around my home with crutches. The result from the professional treatments received has overtaken my expectations and in approximately four weeks I was in perfect condition, probably even fitter than before thanks to the intensive training done under David's supervision. What I have particularly appreciated, other than their competence and the convenient location in the heart of the city, is the family feeling that you can immediately perceive at Alliance Sports, which is so difficult to find elsewhere."
