"Heartfelt thanks to Linda and team from Alliance Sports clinic for making my road to recovery (pre/ post- op) a less painful one. They helped me ease into my intensive training program with the Women’s Volleyball team smoothly, making 2015 SEA Games a dream come true. Meticulous, professional and loving is what the team is made of. Wouldn’t have recovered in time if not for these guys- god sent indeed."

Grace Seet (National Women Volleyball- SEA Games Medalist 2015)

"When I met the first time Linda and David in June, I was seriously doubtful about the possibility of a quick and complete recovery from my injury. A couple of days before I went to Alliance Sports, I had torn my calf muscles playing football. I couldn't sleep during the night and was only able to move around my home with crutches. The result from the professional treatments received has overtaken my expectations and in approximately four weeks I was in perfect condition, probably even fitter than before thanks to the intensive training done under David's supervision.
What I have particularly appreciated, other than their competence and the convenient location in the heart of the city, is the "family" feeling that you can immediately perceive at Alliance Sports, which is so difficult to find elsewhere."

David Seah

"Mr David Seah has worked with me as a Sports Trainer in the National Women’s Rugby Team from 2005-2010. He is professional, knowledgable and has an easy- going character. He is passionate about his job and often goes the extra mile to ensure his charges are well- taken care of. He also has a strong sense of responsibility and I would strongly recommend him to work with any sporting organization."

Linda Kwek Siew Huei

"Siew Huei, is a very important person in my sporting life. I’ve had three knee surgeries in the past 7 years and many niggling injuries. As a professional athlete with high intensity training/competition daily, you just couldn’t avoid injuries, it’s sad but you have to accept it. After seeing over ten physiotherapists for the past 7 years, I have to say Siewhuei is certainly the best! She has those MAGICAL fingers, lots of knowledge and passion for her work, and she puts in one hundred percent effort to each patient she treats, to ensure they feel completely better after each treatment.

I still remember clearly during the 2003 SEA games in Vietnam where I got to know her when I was still playing basketball. Six months before the SEA games, I tore my right ACL and was unable to undergo surgery until after SEA games. Unfortunately I re- injured it during the last game and was unable to walk. As all the crutches in were too short for me, she had to look for longer crutches for me all over Ho Chi Minh City. Since then, I could tell she is a physiotherapist who could be trusted and depended on. There are no words to describe my appreciation for her and I am just amazed how she could sort out all my problems. Be it tightness or injury, overused or wrong posture, bruise or fracture….no matter which part of the body, from head to toe she simply had an answer to all of the problems.

To be honest, I did not really like and believe in physiotherapy treatment until I met Siew Huei, possibly due to my mindset from China, as I believed in traditional Chinese medicine back then. Or maybe I have not met a good physiotherapist yet. But after seeing Siewhuei, I started to believe in physiotherapy treatment and felt it could really help the body in the long run and not just relieving pain temporarily. And please do not be fooled by her small statue and frame as she does possess strength and skills, but most importantly she puts in the hard work for everyone. You are definitely lucky to have her as your physiotherapist.

"I’m currently 54 years old and have suffered serious back pain since I was in my twenties as a result of numerous falls. The excruciating pain resulted in many sleepless nights and restricted me from most physical activities. At times, I also experienced pulling sensation from my lower back to my legs. It is the most torturous period in my life until Siew Huei helped me resolved the problem with her knowledge and expertise. With the treatment she provided and exercises prescribed, I have been able to lead a normal pain-free life for the past 10 years and I would like to thank her for it."

“I got to know Siew Huei in 2003 when I started going for physiotherapy sessions at  SSC. We became closer as we went for more overseas badminton tournaments together. I was impressed by her ability to identify the problem instantly and apply appropriate treatment. I especially like her massage skills, which provided me with many years of instant relief from pains and prevented me from many potential injuries. I fondly named her massage moves as 'one-fingered magic'.

Just a few months before SEA Games 2003, I injured my wrist in May and sprained my ankle & snapped a tendon in July. I was very worried and anxious, as the injury could spell the end of my SEA Games dream. I was lucky then to have received treatment from Siew Huei that helped tremendously in my speedy recovery. With the special treatment program designed, I was able to start light training after just one month. On both occasions, Siew Huei designed exercises and provided guidance for my rehab program. She was the indispensable member of the badminton team that won the first-ever SEA Games badminton team championship!"

“I went to see Siew Huei for a problem with the cartilage in my wrist.  Previously, I had seen another physiotherapist who had tried numerous times to make a splint to immobilize my wrist, but to no avail.  The splint was ill fitting, very uncomfortable and was chafing my skin.  After switching over to Siew Huei, she immediately remade a splint which was a perfect fit.  After resting my wrist, Siew Huei gave me the necessary exercises and taping techniques; plus the motivation to exercise at home and in her office to achieve the maximum benefit in terms of healing.  My wrist is now back to normal and it’s all thanks to Siew Huei and her magic.”

"A lady, strong in character and physical strength...  Siew Huei is passionate in her job and treats her patients with warmth and professionalism.  I have been seeing Siew Huei since I was in Junior college, almost coming to ten years already. She never fails to explain to me with regards to anything about my injuries and tries different methods of treatment to ease my pain. As her 'problematic' patient, she never turns me down whenever I need treatment or need any advice. She will always make sure at every treatment, I leave with minimal or no pain. She has seen me through my difficult times of my playing career, having gone through ACL operation to recovery and also slipped disc in the recent years. Over the years, she is not just a therapist I see every week, but also a friend I can talk to..."
